As a hybrid business that largely works remote, we are able to provide grant writing services for clients across the nation as well as in the Reno-Tahoe region. Our close ties with funders and client site-visits allow us to better understand both funder and client priorities.
Zoe Harrold, Ph.D.
Owner/Founder of CHC, Zoe leads project & grant strategy development and conducts technical proposal and plan reviews. Dr. Harrold is also a Public Policy Analyst Level IV through the California Public Utilities Commission Intervenor Program and provides energy policy analyst services for the Green Power Institute, a program of the Pacific Institute.
